By using COSMIQ PRO, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using COSMIQ PRO at cosmiqpro.com or cosmiqpro.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

COSMIQ PRO provides Vedic astrology analysis including:

Birth chart (kundali) generation using VedAstro calculations
Vimshottari Dasha timeline analysis
AI-powered astrological interpretations (cosmiq-jyotish model)
Panchang, yogas, doshas, compatibility analysis
PDF kundali reports

3. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

    COSMIQ PRO is for EDUCATIONAL and ENTERTAINMENT purposes ONLY.

    Astrological readings are NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on astrological readings. Always consult qualified professionals.

4. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS

Plans: Free (3 charts/day), Basic (₹129/mo), Premium (₹299/mo), Pandit Pro (₹599/mo)
Payments processed securely by Razorpay (RBI regulated)
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
Cancel anytime — no lock-in period
We do not store your payment card details

5. REFUND POLICY

Refund requests within 7 days of purchase will be honoured if fewer than 3 AI predictions have been generated. Under Consumer Protection Act 2019, refunds will be processed within 14 working days
Partial refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods
Technical issues preventing service use will be refunded in full

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate birth information for chart calculations
Use the service for personal or professional astrology purposes only
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI model or software
Not use the service for any illegal purpose
Keep your account credentials secure

7. PANDIT PRO — PROFESSIONAL USE

Pandit Pro subscribers using COSMIQ PRO for client consultations agree to:

Obtain consent from clients before entering their birth data
Inform clients that readings are for guidance purposes only
Comply with all applicable professional ethics standards
Not make fraudulent claims about astrological predictions

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

COSMIQ PRO, cosmiq-jyotish AI model, and all associated software are the property of Studio27. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Studio27 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of COSMIQ PRO. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide 30 days notice for material changes.
